Step 1: Site preparation and permit coordination
Before demolition began, required utility disconnections were completed by the client. Bright LLC helped coordinate the demolition permit process as needed, reviewed site access, and prepared the work area for safe equipment operation.

Step 2: Structure demolition
Using a full-size excavator, the crew demolished the brick house systematically and kept the work area organized throughout the teardown.

Step 3: Debris haul-off and material separation
Demolition debris was loaded with the excavator and skid steer, then hauled away using Bright LLC’s dump truck and 60-yard dump trailer. Brick, concrete, and construction debris were separated where practical to keep the site cleaner and support responsible disposal.

Step 4: Foundation, footing, and driveway concrete removal
After the structure was removed, Bright LLC removed the old foundation and footings, broke up the concrete driveway, hauled away concrete debris, and cleared the remaining hardscape materials from the work area.

Step 5: Backfill, grading, and fill dirt
The crew backfilled the area as needed, spread clean fill dirt, and performed rough grading to create a stable working surface for the next phase of construction.

Step 6: Brush clearing and site cleanup
Bright LLC cleared backyard brush, removed bamboo, and cleaned up the work area so the property was left open, accessible, and ready for the client’s construction team.
